Wines and Cartagene
Aromas, flavours ...
You will appeal to all your senses to appreciate wines of different soils and different vines.
Alain will talk to you with passion about his Cartagene, made of black Grenache : " It is a rare wine, reserved to connoisseurs and that makes miracles in cooking ".
His Cabernet Sauvignon, does great with red meat, mushrooms, and game birds. With grilled magrets, you'll prefer to drink Chardonnay, which has a light yellow dress, a nose of white flowers, mixed with a subtle herbaceous note.
